In July of 1996, Gayle Allen’s mammogram came back clear. One year later we lost her to breast cancer. Her friend, Kathy Ward, started the Power of Pink Run/Walk in 2007 in Gayle’s honor. In 2015, the Power of Pink Golf Tournament was started in memory of Roxann Buhler Norman and Stephanie Buhler Cena to raise funds for the fight against cancer.
100% of tournament proceeds are split between: West Valley Medical Center and Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa to pay for diagnostic/preventative screenings for men and women, in the Treasure Valley. Together we are making a significant difference in the lives of our friends, family and community members. Early detection for ALL cancers saves lives. Since it’s establishment in 2008, CNR Strong has contributed over $550,000 for local cancer screenings. Thank you for your support!

So, you think you're a cowgirl?
So, You Think You’re A Cowgirl? is scheduled for September 19-21, 2024 at the D&B Supply Arena in Caldwell, Idaho.
In 2022, we inherited the loved and covetted event So, You Think You’re A Cowgirl? This event is the largest all womens rodeo timed event in the Northwest. Over the course of 3 days, 35 cowgirls will make 25 runs using a single horse. Athletes will compete in heading, heeling, breakaway, barrels and goat tying to produce 1 ultimate cowgirl. This event has been in the hands of many dedicated women to the sport of rodeo and we are so grateful to have been trusted to give it a home.

This community, rodeo fans and our incredible sponsors have helped us raise nearly $300,000 during this event alone! We’ve made some changes that will make this event a little more us, country, casual, fun and authentic.
Where do cowboys circle after a long day of working cattle or repairing fence? The camp fire, of course! The live auction items will be centered around a campfire experience. Each experience will be complete with unique touches that will bring a wholesome cowboy tradition to the back yard of each of the top bidders.
Individual Tickets $50 | VIP Table (10 seats) $800
Each ticket cost will include a cowboy comfort dinner and a live band following the auction. VIP Tables will hold 10 people and will include all of the above, plus swag & premium seating for both the auction and the band.
Starting in 2010, Caldwell Night Rodeo’s board of directors decided their annual Christmas party was a great time to raise a little money to give back to our community. So became Miracle on Blaine St and now Miracle on the Dirt, our holiday benefit auction that has help numerous causes over the years such as Boise Rescue Mission, YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club of Caldwell, the Caldwell Veterans Hall and more. The community gathers to enjoy a good barbeque meal, silent and live auction and if you’re lucky you may spot a few professional cowboys and cowgirls at the event too!
