CNR General Policies

CHILDREN 

CNR is a Family-Friendly event and all ages are welcome. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are Family Nights and children under 12 have a GA ticket option for $5. Small children 2 and under that do not occupy a seat are free and do not require a ticket.

PETS

Pets are not permitted within the grounds, with the exception of certified service animals.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK

No outside food, beverages or coolers are permitted inside the venue.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited at all times, including e-cigarettes, except in designated areas.

STROLLERS

Strollers are allowed within the rodeo grounds but NOT in the grandstands (or Standing Room Only areas).

CAMERAS

Video recorders or cameras with detachable telephoto lenses are NOT allowed. The Caldwell Night Rodeo and the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) sanctioning body does not allow for the video recording, transmission, distribution, or selling of any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form or reproduction of the event without permission. Any violation of this policy during a PRCA performance or slack event will result in your immediate removal from the premises.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT ALLOWED

For your safety and comfort, as well as the safety and comfort of those around you, the following items are not allowed on the rodeo grounds or arena:

Weapons, Laser Pointers
Artificial Noisemakers
Professional Cameras with Detachable Lenses
Video Cameras, Including Go Pro Type Video Cameras
Banners and Signs
Personal Coolers
Outside Food, Drinks & Personal Coolers
Umbrellas
Pop-Up Awnings

REFUNDS

No refunds, exchanges, rain checks or cancellations (rain or shine)

GENERAL TICKET/VENUE POLICIES

All persons, including children, must present a ticket to enter the arena (children under the age of 2 who do not require a seat, do not require a ticket).

Use of ticket constitutes agreement with the terms listed. CNR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or property.

For the safety and security of patrons, ticket holder and ticket holder’s belongings may be searched at Caldwell Night Rodeo, and ticket holder hereby consents to such search and waives all related claims.

If the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts patrons or others involved in the event, management reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises.

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which the ticket is for.

Ticket holder’s name, voice, image and likeness may be used by Caldwell Night Rodeo in any written/audio account, picture, or video taken in connection with the event for any purpose, including

Caldwell Night Rodeo promotional purposes, with no further compensation or consent to Holder.

Caldwell Night Rodeo forbids the resale or attempted resale of its tickets at a price higher than the face value printed on the ticket. Violations may result in a ticket seizure and/or cancellation.
